ElringKlinger is looking for a
- Interface between plant and CU as well as BU in regards to audits (System/CU, Process/BU, Workplace/plant, LPA/plant).
- Responsible for local audit planning of Process Audits (each shift), Workplace audits and, if applicable, LPA audits. Support in execution of audits in consultation with BU Production Quality and/or plant executives.
- Responsible for tracking and reporting of correlating actions resulting from audits.
- Responsible and leading of customer visits or audits at EK plant, also due to quality issues.
- Supporting Quality and Environmental Management at plant in regards of completing and reporting Benchmark, Board Meetings, Management Review.
- Plant Key User for N5 Process Solution, Document Solution and Audit Solution.
- Support of Plant Manager in regards to knowledge of Customer Specific Requirements (CSR) and correlating implementation in plant executives.
- Supporting Quality and Environmental Management at plant in reviewing and verifying customer contracts on local basis.
- IMDS:
- Read technical drawing (SAP BOM system).
- Supplier Management (Purchased parts).
- Use the portal (Internet) – IMDS for all components
- Append IMDS dates from the purchased parts into the internal assembly parts.
